Adelaide launch party

We’re inching ever closer to The Rush being out in the world on 3 May. And I should know, because I’m in the throes of organising the Adelaide launch party!

The party’s on Wednesday 10 May, 6-8pm. See the details (and register for FREE) at this link:

I’m thrilled that friend and fellow writer Lainie Anderson has agreed to be MC for this event. She’ll interview me, hopefully throwing many softball questions. And of course, we’ll take questions from the audience and that could include you!

At the launch, taste wines from Coriole, a fabulous McLaren Vale winery which was started by the Lloyd family in the 1960s. As they say: “The estate has a lot of shiraz vines, including some of the oldest in the region. We have also had great interest in finding new and exciting varieties for the Australian table, starting with the sangiovese vineyard planted in 1985, the Ffiano vineyard (2001) and the piquepoul vineyard planted in 2010, all three varieties pioneered in Australia by Coriole”.

The amazing team at Dymocks Adelaide will host a table where you can buy a copy (or two) of The Rush. And I’ll be available to sign copies.

The event’s in the Institute building on North Terrace – a beautiful room. Many of you would know that Writers SA is situated on the floor above.

I’d be so delighted to see you! If you can’t make it, please stay tuned for future events – both in Adelaide and around the country.

Please remember to register here, it’s quick and easy: https://events.humanitix.com/booklaunchtherush
