The Rush was chosen as Dymocks Fiction Book of the Month for June 2023!
When you write a book, you hope 1) it will see the light of day 2) readers will enjoy it 3) you might have the support of booksellers. So it’s immensely exciting to have The Rush featured in this way.
I took part in a Q&A with Dymocks, talking about aspects of The Rush, which you can read now on its blog.
Of course, Dymocks is one of Australia’s leading booksellers and I’ve had an especially long relationship with Dymocks Adelaide (in bustling Rundle Mall). Dymocks Adelaide supported me early in my writing journey, hosting the launch of my first self-published book (Goodbye Newsroom) and going on to stock all three of my self-published women’s fiction titles.
[A little known fact: my eldest son had a stockroom job at Dymocks Adelaide while he was in high school]
